How does Pockentry work?
Pockentry is an operations layer that turns WhatsApp messages into business records. Employees use WhatsApp; managers configure templates, approvals, reports and team controls from the dashboard.

1. Set up the organization and WhatsApp number

2. Create record templates

What does an employee do in WhatsApp?
Employees type the chosen command and fields. A delivery, inventory or day-end update is sent as a WhatsApp message, then Pockentry parses it against the template and creates a record.
What does a manager see in the dashboard?
Managers see the live record feed, missing submissions, pending approvals, employees, templates and reports. Operations are reviewed from one dashboard instead of chat history.
How are templates configured?
Each command has fields, required inputs, data types and approval rules. Everyone submits in the same structure, and incorrect records are caught earlier.
How do I get reports?
