How to Create a Shift Handover Report Through WhatsApp

Record open tasks, faults, critical stock, and ownership for the next shift with a consistent WhatsApp template.

Shift change is a fragile point in daily operations. “Everything is fine” does not tell the incoming team which task remains open or which machine is unreliable.

Remind employees 10-15 minutes before shift end. Require location, shift, open work, and critical issues; accept “no issue” as a recorded response.
